| LET'S HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY ! |
Let your child host a party for his/her stuffed-animal friends... Have him/her make up five place settings, explaining where the napkins and utensils are placed. Hand him/her ten animal crackers and ask him/her to give the same amount to each guest. Then start the celebration. This activity helps your child learn to divide things up and follow directions. I found this fun activity for kids in the October 2010 Parents magazine.
